Movement Freedom is dedicated to raising awareness about the Mind-Body connection. This resource seeks to serve and guide you in your journey as you connect deeper to the innate wisdom within your body.

Join us as we:

-Share information about human anatomy and physiology, specifically as it relates to the mind and emotions.

- Provide guidance on how to decondition your limiting beliefs about your body and self. -Discuss tools and methods for finding liberation (internally and externally) from various forms of systemic oppression.

- Reprogram your mind with healthier and more beneficial beliefs about your body.

- Coach you through specially designed, personalised movement practices and meditations that help you stay active while also calming and centring your mind.
